We, the company ATLANTIS MEDITERRANEO, hereby guarantee and certify that the products sold by us are manufactured according to the SREN 45014 standards and that they correspond to the norms imposed by the equipment manufacturers, and if used in a identical way (including operation of the equipment within specifications) the overall performance of quality and quantity of the copy is identical with the one obtained by the products named original.

The products are manufactured under stringent quality control and reliability standards, assuring performance that equals that of the original equipment manufacturer.

The products that we sell are not waste, toxic and are not harmful to health or to the environment if they are deposited, maintained and used according to their destination.

The products are tested for quality and durability before shipping.

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

In the case in which the client is not satisfied with the product performances and returns the merchandise within 6 months after receiving it, in good conditions and without supplementary costs, financial compensation of the respective amount is accepted; if the performance guarantees, as mentioned above, do not correspond to the standard performances of the equipment manufacturer.

The goods may only be returned upon receipt of the written approval from Atlantis Mediterraneo.
Requests to return defective products to Atlantis Mediterraneo can be placed at Atlantis Mediterraneo either by phone, fax or E-mail. The request shall include a brief description of the observed defaults, test copies, information regarding toner type/article number, the lot-number of the affected toner cartridges and the copier model where the failure occurred.

Products returned to Atlantis Mediterraneo are subject of an incoming inspection. In case of non-defective products where repackaging is required, the buyer will be charged for the cost of workmanship and packaging material. The remaining net amount will be credited within 60 days from the date the goods arrived.

Atlantis Mediterraneo is not responsible for any damages resulting from improper storage or from customer misuse.

No other warranties expressed or implied are covered by this warranty including consequential or related damages such as machine lost time.
